Madi joined Denver Plastic Surgery as a Patient Care Coordinator, bringing over 10 years of experience in customer service and patient care. She plays an integral role in guiding patients through each step of their surgical journey, from initial consultation through surgery, ensuring every detail is handled with care.

Madi is known for her thoughtful communication style and ability to make patients feel genuinely supported and understood. Working closely with Dr. Rodgers, Dr. Nguyen, and the surgical team,she helps create a seamless, confidence-building experience during what is often a deeply personal transformation.

A lifelong learner at heart, Madi attended the University of Tennessee and enjoys taking random classes simply for the joy of learning. Outside of work, she loves traveling, getting lost in a good book, and unwinding at home with her husband and her cats. Her curiosity, warmth, and people-first mindset carry through in everything she does, both personally and professionally.
