Pain Management
- NUMBING CREAM: Numbing cream is directly applied to the area that is going to be treated and desensitizes the skin in order to alleviate pain during treatment. Numbing cream is using often for skin care and injectable treatments and is applied approximately 30 minutes to an hour prior to treatment.
- PRO-NOX: Pro-nox, also known as laughing gas, is a safe and effective way to help calm your nerves and keep you comfortable, without sedation, during your procedure. Pro-nox is inhaled through a hand-held tube during your procedute and takes effect very quickly. It is self-administered as you need it and it leaves the body quickly, allowing you to transport yourself after the treatment.
- TUMESCENT: Tumescent is a local anesthesia in which a solution of lidocaine, epinephrine and saline. It is injected into the tissue at the treatment site. with the use of Tumescent, you will experience little to no discomfort during your procedure.
- ZIMMER: The Zimmer is a cooling device that uses cold air, applied to the treatment site, in order to reduce pain and protect the skin during laser treatments.
